NOTE: Poomsae Competitors: All Black belts must know their current Dan poomse and Taeguek 6, 7 and 8. You will be required to perform your current Dan poomse and then the judges will pick at random 1 of the 3 taeguek forms (6, 7, or 8). The competitor will have 30 seconds in between forms and the random form to be performed will be chosen after they perform their Dan poomse.
